Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

1. Lead recruitment projects from brief to closure, managing the full hiring lifecycle
2. Access premium recruitment tools, AI-powered platforms, and C1's proprietary tech stack to enhance speed and quality
3. Flex between sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management—owning only the stages you choose
4. Collaborate asynchronously with C1's talent acquisition team and client partners—no mandatory meetings, no micromanagement
5. Use skill-based, scale-based, and success-based matching models to deliver talent that sticks and scales
6. Provide insight-driven reports or candidate profiles as needed per project
